1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 449bt ("449bt", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your use of the 449bt website and all associated services, products, and functionalities accessible at 449bt.app and any related domains or subdomains operated by 449bt.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 449bt platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 449bt strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and use of the platform.
• You must register using your own personal details. Registration using false, incomplete, or third-party information is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed at 449bt's discretion, and any bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded or have previously been excluded by 449bt from using the platform. Self-excluded players who attempt to open a new account will be identified and their account closed.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 449bt services, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a verified player account. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account Credentials. 449bt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must never share your account login details with any other person. 449bt accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• 449bt reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Acceptable documents include national identity cards and other government-issued photo ID recognised in Bangladesh.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 449bt support immediately at [email protected] and change your password via the Forgot Password function on the login page.
• 449bt uses OTP SMS verification for sensitive account actions including withdrawal requests above standard thresholds and password changes. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible.

449bt may perform periodic account reviews to ensure compliance with these Terms and to fulfil its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measures. During such reviews, account functionality including withdrawals may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

449bt supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. The following terms govern all financial transactions on 449bt.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are credited to the player's 449bt account balance immediately upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the respective payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform. Standard same-day processing applies to bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours. 449bt does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit, unless 449bt's compliance team grants explicit written approval for an alternative withdrawal method following a completed KYC review.
• 449bt reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Deposits are for the purpose of gambling only. 449bt does not operate as a payment institution, money transfer service, or e-wallet provider. Depositing funds for the purpose of transfer or withdrawal without genuine gambling activity is prohibited and may be treated as attempted fraud.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

449bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment account. 449bt reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus where it determines the offer has been claimed by the same individual through multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or gifted to another player under any circumstances. Bonus funds have no monetary value outside of the 449bt platform.
• 449bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are being actively wagered through.
• Bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• 449bt may at its sole discretion offer personalised bonuses and loyalty rewards to individual players based on their activity. These personalised offers may not be available to all players and are subject to the same general bonus terms unless stated otherwise.

Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk, or systematic low-risk wagering inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, and other real-money wagering activities on the 449bt platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game or sports market and supplement these general terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation.
• 449bt reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrectly published odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, provided the error is identified and corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, 449bt will settle affected bets in accordance with its event settlement rules published in the sportsbook. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned where a rescheduled fixture cannot be confirmed within 48 hours.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per Player account. These limits are set by 449bt and may be adjusted at any time. Players who consistently win at a level that triggers risk management thresholds may have their individual bet limits adjusted.
• Casino and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of live game equipment operated in real time. 449bt does not interfere with game outcomes and all RNG certifications are maintained by the respective game providers.

8. Responsible Gaming

449bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all players and are actively encouraged where a player identifies concerns about their own gambling behaviour.

• Deposit limits allow Players to set a maximum BDT amount they may deposit within a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion allows a Player to voluntarily suspend their own account for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player may not open a new account on the platform. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted to [email protected].
• Session time reminders are available and can be configured to alert the Player after a specified duration of continuous play. 449bt recommends that all players set session reminders and take regular breaks from gambling activity.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 449bt platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

• Fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, impersonation of another person, or submission of falsified identity documents.
• Money laundering or any activity that constitutes or facilitates a financial crime under applicable law.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human users, including automated betting, scraping, or exploiting latency.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or hands in live dealer games, or coordinate bets in a manner designed to guarantee profit at the expense of other players or the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software. Any Player who discovers a technical error must report it to 449bt support immediately and refrain from exploiting it. Failure to report a known exploit constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using a VPN or other IP-masking tool to disguise your true location.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 449bt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of 449bt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Game content, including slot graphics, live studio environments, and sports data feeds, may be the intellectual property of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, or Ezugi. 449bt holds appropriate licences from these providers for the use of their content on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 449bt's liability to any Player is limited as follows.

• 449bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• 449bt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 449bt's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 449bt will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such interruptions.
• 449bt's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 449bt's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 449bt's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

449bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in prohibited activities, provision of false information, or failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that exposes 449bt or other players to financial or legal risk.
• A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 449bt support. Real money balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following a standard KYC review, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.
• Upon closure of an account by 449bt for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld for up to 180 days pending the outcome of any investigation. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited in all cases of account closure due to breach.

13. Privacy and Data

449bt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected for KYC and anti-fraud purposes.

449bt applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Player's device and the platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with unrelated third parties. 14. Amendments to These Terms

449bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 449bt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the platform or by email to the registered contact address. The updated Terms will be published at 449bt.app/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 449bt platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 449bt operates as a digital entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
